  • Do you organise weddings only at one location?

    Yes. We work exclusively at one carefully chosen private villa in Istria.
    By focusing on a single location, we are able to fully understand the space, the flow of the day and every practical detail — allowing us to create calm, seamless and truly intimate weddings.

  • What type of weddings do you specialise in?

    We specialise in intimate, boutique and small destination weddings, typically for up to 35 guests. Our weddings are designed for couples who value privacy, presence and meaningful experiences over large-scale celebrations.

  • Is accommodation included in the wedding experience?

    Yes. Accommodation is provided for the couple, as well as for a limited number of additional guests at the villa.

    For remaining guests, we are happy to organise accommodation nearby, in surrounding villas or local bed & breakfast properties, based on availability and your preferences. All accommodation arrangements are coordinated as part of our service.

  • Do you offer a full “key-in-hand” wedding service?

    Yes. We provide complete wedding organisation and coordination, bringing all essential elements together under one carefully guided process.

    To ensure clarity and consistency, all coordination and décor management is handled by our team. This approach allows couples to relax, knowing that every detail is thoughtfully aligned and professionally managed.

  • Which services can you organise for our wedding?

    Depending on your wishes, we can organise and coordinate:

  • Can we bring our own wedding coordinator or decorator?

    To ensure a seamless and well-balanced experience, we do not work with external wedding coordinators or decorators.

    Our weddings are carefully designed and coordinated as a complete experience. By keeping planning, coordination and styling under one direction, we are able to maintain consistency, calm flow and a high level of quality throughout the entire celebration.

    Couples are, of course, welcome to share their ideas, inspirations and wishes, which we thoughtfully incorporate into the overall design and coordination.

  • Can we choose our own vendors?
    We work with a trusted network of local professionals and provide carefully selected recommendations. Couples are welcome to communicate directly with vendors to personalise details, while we ensure that everything remains aligned and professionally coordinated.
  • How many days does the wedding experience last?

    Our weddings are designed as a multi-day experience.
    Typically, couples arrive on the first day, celebrate their wedding on the second day, and enjoy a relaxed departure on the third day. This rhythm allows for a calm, unhurried and fully present celebration.

  • Do you organise legal wedding ceremonies?

    We can assist with both symbolic ceremonies and, when required, help guide couples through the process of arranging an official civil ceremony in Croatia.

  • Is this experience suitable for destination weddings?

    Absolutely. Our entire concept is designed specifically for destination weddings in Istria, offering local knowledge, trusted partners and a clear, well-guided planning process for couples organising their wedding from abroad.

  • How far in advance should we contact you?

    As we work with a limited number of weddings each year, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible to ensure availability and allow enough time for a relaxed planning journey.
